I didn't mean to say your dinner dinner was "crap"... It sounds really good! I just meant it reminded me of some of my one pot or one pan meals...

I do lots of one-pot stuff, too, but Rich's special dinner isn't one of those. When I do one-pot, it's all mixed together. I should have taken a picture of dinner last night while it was still in the pan - everything neatly in its place. LOL!

I don't know how you all are posting at like 430am... Insomniacs!

Bleh... Today is laundry day and I have to rescue our office. Over the past few years, the office has become the dumping ground for everything that didn't have a home or was brought in the house from the garage. I need space in there to set up my vape station since somebody decided to rearrange the living room and dump my vape gear all over the futon in the spare room. I have been exiled from the coffee table.... Just he wait until he needs maintenance or blows a coil.... I magically won't be able to fix it since all my stuff got relocated.
Ha! Revenge is a dish best vaped blown, lol. :D

That is the cutest cake I've ever seen! :D I'm glad it's just a picture! If someone actually made me a cake that cute, I wouldn't be able to eat it! LOL!

By the way, there's plenty of "actual" cake left. We had tiny pieces last night because we stuffed ourselves silly at dinner. ;) It was very good, and in no way resembled a crock pot full of crap.
I'm so glad you had a good birthday. :) I highly enjoyed your Chrissie kisses stories! :)

Lol....I start with pasta and sauce in the pot...then start adding meats, cheeses, veggies.....never the same thing twice. I like the meals that become classics.
Yummm, I love crock pot meals. That sounds delicious!

I've heard that, but I've never had one, so I haven't had the "pleasure" of finding out. It makes for good decorating, though!

I'll get a craving about once every few weeks or a month, but it passes after about a minute. That's why I know I'm not ready to give up vaping yet.
I figure just 2 is a good sign.... Both were extreme stressers I usually don't have to deal with.

Has anyone ever heard of vaping causing your blood pressure to temporarily spike (specifically the nicotine)? At my last checkup last month, my blood pressure measured high, and it is normally in the high end of the normal range. I was vaping all day (my dr. appointment was in the afternoon) and I was vaping on my drive to the doctor's office. The doctor wants me back in another month to get my blood pressure checked again and my friend suggested that it was the vaping that caused my BP to go up and I should not vape for the day before I go back.

YES. Mine goes up when I've been vaping nic all day, plus I get the pounding heartbeat. So I always switch to zero nic sometime in the afternoon. Seems like it's been earlier and earlier lately. One of these days, I'll just quit the nic and vape zero nic juice all the time. Not yet, though...

I've experienced this. My normal average BP readings are around 117/72 and have been for years. If I vape a bunch, or previously smoked, prior to being tested, it would be around 130/79. I just attributed it to my body craving the nic. It depends on how long it has been. I can vape and walk into the blood office and have it test normal. If it's been like an hour or two since I vaped, it's a bit higher.

Lol. I highly doubt he'll even notice though...
Last one did had pepperoni, sausage, chunks of mozzarella, chunky tomatoes and garlic...
Sounds like me! Tonight is chicken chunks, couple of bouillon cubes, potatoes, green beans, corn, garlic, marjoram and basil. Little season-all, salt and pepper to taste.

Normally I'd make this one more like a soup/stew, but he hates "watery" food. Anything I cook must have the least amount of sauce or liquids as possible our he won't eat it.

Kinda sucks cuz crock pot soup and cabbage/kielbasa "soup" are two of my favorite meals.

Mines opposite... Even likes his mashed taters a little loose...what's up with that??? Always wants more mayo in the slaw, more sauce on the pasta. I blame his mother...lmaoooo
