My DNA200.......has gone kaput. It went from working great, to the screen flashing a waranty service message. Went back to the shop it came from, and I'm essentially on my own, he wont rma it, I'll have to deal with HCigar myself.....last thing i buy there.

That sucks. I haven't had any issue with either of my DNA200 mods. You need to find a new shop to go to. The one I go to will provide support even if I did not purchase the item there.

Did you pay below the manufacturer minimum price (I think it is $159)? I read that if you have to go to HCigar for warranty service, they want a copy of your receipt showing how much you paid for it, and if you paid less than their minimum price, then they won't warranty it.

So I won some pen-style setup called an Aura Mini on the HG RX200 thread. I think it might have been all those posts arguing with the guy who keeps claiming that the RX200 is violating Evolv's patents. The funny thing is he won one too.

I know, right??? I thought maybe they picked him just to show him he's and idiot, lol. Apparently that Aura Mini is a sweet little mod. It will be a wonderful PIF if you want to help someone stop smoking.

That thread was more of a discussion thread for the RX200 and not a contest. Even said many times that there would be a mystery gift. I am a little surprised that it was the Aura, but hey! A prize is a prize!
