To be honest, a lot of us went through the same process. I couldn't believe how easy it was myself to give up smoking, even after nearly 30 years.
Congrats on quitting the stinkies, it's a great feeling isn't it.

Thanks! It sure is a great feeling. I'm only a couple weeks in and already got a bunch of stuff. setup.jpg

Way to go, Rwiv. I can't even imagine going back to analogs now. To answer your question as to why it was so easy...well, physiologically, your body was still getting both of the things it was addicted to with analogs; the nicotine intake & the oral fixation + physical motion habits. Once the body is satisfied, it's all psychological, and the knowledge that you're making a healthier choice is usually enough to convince anyone as long as they have a good alternative like e-cigs.
I'm guessing you also feel 1000% better physically, as well? No more coughing, shortness of breath, lack of stamina? Ain't it great to actually smell & taste things again, too? If you've only been quit for a couple weeks, these senses will get even better.
Keep it up and welcome to the wonderful world of vaping! I'm still somewhat new to it myself compared to others, but I'm lovin' every minute of it!

Yeah it's really great! I knew my sense of taste would get better but I didn't know that smoking effected your sense of smell and I noticed I can smell things a lot better a few days ago.

It was "that easy" for my wife too. For me, not so much, but I wanted to quit so I struggled with it and finally stopped one day. It was a Christmas present to myself (2012).

For the first time in over 35 years I am a non smoker.

That sounds like what parents are going through right now. My mom hasn't smoked in 4 days pretty easily. My dad is still kinda struggling he has smoked 5 analogs in 4 days. Which really isn't that bad considering he has been smoking for 37 years and smoked almost 3 packs a day.

You've got quiet a good stash of supplies there.
Must admit, I was the same. Started with an ego battery, a vivi nova tank and 1 bottle of juice. After over 4 months of vaping, I've now got 9 different devices, probably 30 different tank systems and enough DIY juice supplies, re-wicking material and pre-mixed juices to last for the next 10 years. I still buy new stuff though, it's the "magpie complex" - it looks shiny so I must buy it

LOL! I have been going through the same thing until I logged into my bank account this morning

Dang Dude! hahaha!

Nwei, I want me an Innokin MVP too! C-Twist, a knocked off 650mah battery, 2 Kanger T3, 5 coil/heads that I am rebuilding/recoiling for now. I just ordered a batch of DIY e-liquid from Mt. Baker Vapor, and hoping to find my flavor.

And look down! that's how long I am vaping! Wohoooo!

Nice. I just did the exact same thing from mtbakervapor. I can't wait to make my own juice, especially because it turns out im really picky. You should definitely get one. I got mine from vapor vortex on indian school for $75. I can't wait for the VTR to come out. check it out.

$75?! Fasttech.com is selling it for $45 including shipping.

VTR looks nice! I was just reading about the article like 30 mins ago. No dates available yet though. I might wait for it, but I like MVP coz of the charger feature where I can also charge my phone. Have you tried using that feature anyway?

yeah I saw some places online selling for that much, but I wanted it right away lol. In retrospect, I probably should have gotten it online. Na I haven't used it as a charger yet but it's a nice feature if my phone dies at work. The battery life is great though I got three days out of it before it turned yellow(which I heard was 50%). I'm going to get the vtr the second it's available.
