16D coil rebuild?

Just totally mangled a burned out coil for my iClear 16D
These coils are pretty hard to find for me in Japan, so I wanted to try rebuilding it!

Got a couple of mini PT3s that I'm using, but for some reason, I really like the way the iClear vapes.

Tried googling, searching on youtube, but couldn't find a video anywhere.

Are these coils rebuildable or not?
