no i have 7 other batteries...........5 mods so im okay!

If you haven't done so already (was this just this morning?) leave another, known good, battery in the Kanger just to eliminate that it may have an unexplained drain.

If it doesn't, and the problem is the original battery, even if it's only 6 months old, find a battery recycler's bin... and drop it in. Simples.

If it's the Kanger... well, that's another thread. :p

Your other batteries charge in the same mod successfully and work when left overnight? If so, your battery is just old and won't hold a charge any longer.

Six months of daily use--figure 180 charges--is kind of low, but not terrible depending on how much you stress it. Using that many batteries in that many mods, however, implies that it got a lot fewer charges than that. It probably wasn't a great battery to begin with, unfortunately.

If other batteries also drain out overnight when left in the Kanger, something's awry in the mod. Maybe you can fix it, but you'll probably have to replace it.

That's generally a TC function where the current coil resistance is needed, so it "polls" the atty regularly.
That usually stops after ten or fifteen minutes of inactivity.

An exception would be the DNA (SX too ?) which will continue for up to an hour as it cools, to get a true "room temp" res. That's part of its "refinement" function.
The VTC (other JTechs too ?) will also refine, but I don't think the "heartbeat" goes on that long.
