1st Time MOD Buyer.Need Advice.

I'm not a fan of the bulky box mods. I prefer the look of the cylindrical mods.

The istick is pretty small for a box, but I get it.

For the Vamo, I had a V5 and the battery tube was press fit to the portion that housed the electronics.
It was a bad design and the press fit popped out a few times on me.
It wasn't really a big deal since you can just smack it on the desk to get it jammed back in there.

I watched a review on the V8 and it looks like that piece is threaded now, so it should be a solid performer now.

Regardless of what you settle on, keep a back up for emergencies, cause the stinky temptation is at every corner...

I have never had a stingray, but I do not recommend the Nemesis, I had one... The bottom fire button is hazardous on it. The spring is to weak and you have to use the lock ring to stand it on it rear. When I am working, I found myself constantly setting it down without thinking and one day I did it and walked away to get a tool out of the truck and did not catch it firing till it was to late.

That was the last time I used it, luckily it only killed the battery and atomizer and did not explode. Since then, I tried a couple Poldiac clones and they suck...

Yesterday I received an AMOD SMPL clone, and I absolutely love it. I want one of each color...

I have not used a ton of mechs, but I will only buy ones that have a recessed firing pin now...

What was wrong with the Poldiac?
I actually am waiting on one on a slow boat; and a nemi; and a stingray; and a 6nine..

Just received my 1st regulated MOD today. I ordered a Vamo V6 for a great price. It arrived within days of ordering. I put my Aspire Nautilus on it, put it about 15watts, and after taking a long hard pull off of it, I thought to myself, "Now THIS is vaping". I was very impressed. Thanks for the help on this thread everyone.
