So, I got some Smok Tech 2.5 Ohm 510 Mega Cartomizers, and Smok Tek 1.6 Ohm Dual Coil 510 Mega Cartomizers recently.

I read alot about the dual coils producing alot more vapor and bla bla bla..
I did a side by side comparison using an eGo XL battery, and my roughstack at 3.7v

I found that as far as taste, throat hit, vapor volume and vapor temp, I see no difference whatsoever. they both appear identical in all ways. The only real difference I have noticed, is that the body of the dualcoil will get quite hot if i chainvape, and my 2400mah battery lasts about half as long.

Anyone else have any similar experiences? Think I will be throwing these dual coils on the classifieds. I wanted the 2400mAh battery, so I wouldn't have to worry about swapping batteries or recharging in the middle of the day.

as far as my 2 types of 2.5ohm cartos, http://www.madvapes.com/510-XL-E2-R4-Cartomizers-24-26-ohm-5-pack_p_3052.html seem to give me more vapor, but are not as esy to fill, because i need a syrenge and tool to remove the oring.

The big difference with the 2.5 ohm is that you can use them on regulated mods without issues.I own provaris witch you can't crank up the voltage with the 1.6 dc some don't work at all error code protection for unit and atty/carto.I have a couple that ohmed out under 1.5.This is ware the 2.5 shines no error codes i do it with provari at 4.8-5volt and love them.
