Hey just wondering if it was safe to use a 2 amp fast charger on my 100 watt I stick?

Anectdotally, box chargers are safer than onboard usb chargers. You never know the quality of an inexpensive Chinese mod's onboard charger. It's always ok to use a charger rated for higher amps than what the device being charged pulls. If the charger is rated for less than the amp pull of the device it might heat up and fail.

I found the user manual here. I take it you're asking about a wall adapter to plug the USB cable for the onboard charger into. If that's the case, anything that supplies 1A or more is fine. The built in charger will not take more than 1A no matter what the adapter can deliver. Actually, the more amps the adapter is rated for the safer it will be.
If you're asking about taking the batteries out and charging them with an external 2A charger, it depends on what batteries you're using. Most of the common ones often used would handle that just fine, but let us know what you've got and we can probably help better.
You can buy a 5 amp wall charger for the mod if the mod is designed to have a max charge rate of 1 amp it will only charge at 1 amp. The real problems happen when you try to charge something with an under powered wall charger.
