What does the instruction manual say, if anything?

Personally, I wouldn't. In fact, I would charge the external batteries in a separate box charger; and not use an onboard usb charger. My :2c:

I know you would like the personal convenience of faster charging. However, realistically slower charging of batteries is healthier and safer for batteries than faster charging. Anectdotally, box chargers are safer than onboard usb chargers. You never know the quality of an inexpensive Chinese mod's onboard charger. Buy a reputable brand box charger (Xtar, Nitecore) and have more peace of mind. Again, my :2c:

Hey just wondering if it was safe to use a 2 amp fast charger on my 100 watt I stick?

I found the user manual here. I take it you're asking about a wall adapter to plug the USB cable for the onboard charger into. If that's the case, anything that supplies 1A or more is fine. The built in charger will not take more than 1A no matter what the adapter can deliver. Actually, the more amps the adapter is rated for the safer it will be.

If you're asking about taking the batteries out and charging them with an external 2A charger, it depends on what batteries you're using. Most of the common ones often used would handle that just fine, but let us know what you've got and we can probably help better.
