2 months smoke free

I am now 2 months smoke-free as of yesterday. Yesterday, I went to my doctors for my checkup and he likes the sound of my lungs. I told him I switched and he approves of vaping.

I hope to keep it up.

Congrats. I also asked my Dr about vaping, his reply was so long as it keeps me off cigs it's a good thing & doesn't contain all the other bad stuff. He also has other patients who have quit smoking using e-cigs.

I had to get a physical for work. The most satisfying part was reading where he wrote "Lungs - clear" on the report.

My doc still smelled smoke on me. I told him my roomie still smokes; in other words, I'm still exposed to second-hand smoke.

The only second-hand vape I expose people to is the pleasant aroma of my juice.
