I'm happy with both vendors at the moment and am not ashamed to say so. It's not like I only shop at one grocery or clothing store. Most of my business goes to V4L, but there's times I want variety or something they don't offer (yet).

I just happen to have a lot of love for Voldemort. He, Snape, and Sirius were my favorites. I never like the happy characters in any book.... Not to say Frodo was happy, but Aragorn II had a much harder life and sadder ending. Turin was the saddest and greatest character of all in Tolkien history (can you tell my favorite).... And in Dune, Paul was my favorite. He came a generation too early, and failed at doing what his son had the strength to do.... And I didn't like him all that much until Dune Messiah, that's when he got interesting.... Sorry, I need to stop rambling....
Ms. Star, you are always welcomed here. I'm just tired of hearing how much better hoog is when compared to V4L. It's like the video card wars. Nvidia and ATI both have their strong points. In real world usage, and what I've seen when compared head to head, Nvidia is the better card. I don't ram it down people's throats though.... The hoog people are acting very upity....

was better. I just try to answer questions based on my (limited) experience.And I'm having a cow here cuz I have 4 batteries that all need charging!! One on the charger, one in the PCC charging, the others waiting their turn. arrrrrgh... 3 new 5-packs and I can't vape!!

The review forum has at least 4 threads going raving about hoog.... I mention the king diamond batts and you'd swear I said something I normally say randomly when at work or something... Point is, they get very offended when you say something might be better.... Not to say we here aren't biased, but I kept an open mind until I tried it. The king diamond batts are my favorite, followed by the manuals. I would put hoog at number 3.... But that's just me.

Im very open minded... problem is Im lazy. All Ive had is V4L. it works and Im too lazy and spoiled to go elsewhere. This technology is open for lots of competition. as long as we all stay opened minded and remember the reason for the vaping! The ultimate goal is what everyone wants, the best way to stay off analogs!

As for the vendor wars, you are correct in it being quite deep as the person who is making improvements at the other vendor used to work for V4L and took some of the future V4L tech with him...
The voice-over on the little Alia creeped me out.
My first VK was a manual, 2nd was auto. Discovered I'm a fan of auto. I'm not going to be a dripper, so don't need the benefit of manual for that. 3rd was because I'm new and was still in the experiment/discovery phase. 4th & 5th were the diamonds... er um... King Diamonds. I think the is similar to diamond, but diamond is way prettier.

I do not. I thought about getting one. Guess I should think harder. Thing is, at the moment I only have 1 USB charger (wall charger on order), and the other port is taken by my iPhone. And there is rarely a time I am not charging one of my massive collection of batteries, so unless iPhone loses it's spot, I wouldn't have another port for the PT. However, once the wall charger arrives I will reconsider.
I use a powered usb hub, have two front usb ports, and 6 ports on the back...so after the hub using a port, I have a grand total of 11 usb ports lmao Might be time for you to get a usb hub because V4L's PT is awesome! I've had mine for almost a year now and it still works as good as the day I got it. I especially like it because its 5 volts and really helps when I'm in a nic fit :3

I been missing out. My apt building was on fire and I was outside watching the drama. So yeah, I'm pretty fanatical about V4L, their products, ther CS, their team and our family. There's a lot of vendors, ECF is a big place and competition is good, but if someone comes here to the V4L forum talking about other companies, I'm sticking up for V4L. They're the best to me, I'm lucky to have found them and no one can compete with their prices, quality and constant product improvements. The prob with this, the other and the rest of the vendors is that they dont answer certain questions.... I've been told its because the manufacturer doesnt want it.. HA please...The manu wants to sell. Thats all there is to it.. They want to keep the manu in the dark because it is then easyer to create hype about them selves... Everyone is soon claiming to have a guy in China.
... And they all can get a deal, where they are the only ones that can sell this perticular product , IF they sell enough in the first few months... Just take the mini techy pcc. It has been found on a manu site in all the colours of the rainbow. Open to anyone... And I might ad.. On that same site is: The new big pcc that v4l is talking about..
They're just vendors guys... they wanna sell you stuff. If you feel a kindoff kindship with one or have been treated nicer, then by all means, stick to that vendor. But this hype and "mines better than yours. Now we must fight" bull is rediculous cus most of the stuff comes from the same manufacturer....So saying you like one thing better then the other is fine...
