2 questions: Kanger Pro tank 4 / Smok TFV8 + Alien, also Guardian 2 pipe question

Hi community

I ended up buying a Kanger pro tank 4 with the ceramic 0.5 coil and I've found it to be unsatisfactory for flavor when used with my Smok Alien. I find the stock TVF8 that came with the Smok Alien to be more flavorful. Was just curious if anyone else had this experience? It says it is rated up to 60w, but I've found it to run better at 65w instead. I expected a $38 tank (where I live, it's $38 total) to be better than the stock TFV8 0.15 coil and tank on the Alien. Again, just curious if I am alone in that mind set.

Also, does anyone think it wiser to keep a brand new in the box Smok Guardian 2, or should I be holding onto it for possible future resale. IE: how does the market look for this mod? It was so hard to get, but I got two of them and have been using one to my delight daily. But, the other...not so sure what to do with.

In the vaping world, the cost of the item does not always reflect its performance. Just because a tank is a certain price does not mean it will work better than a cheaper one. Ultimately, vaping preferences differ from one person to the next, however I am not surprised at all that you prefer the Smok tank. It's far better IMO, but many others will disagree as it suits their preferences more.

The tfv8 baby and Protank 4 are roughly the same price when bought separately.

Past history shows regulated mods only go down in the market not up.
The only items that have attracted 'investment' potential are mechs, and they have more or less lost all traction too.
You would be wasting your time.
Unless you'd like to give me more than $5 for my $100 Joyetech EVIC and/or $50 Smok SID.
Basically - there is no market. Collectibles are totally different.

Yea, I am impressed by the smok's stock setup. Excellent experience, I am vividly happy with it. As for the Smok G2, that is a shame to hear. I expected it to have excellent new sale value. At that point, might as well keep it and use it now and then when I feel fancy.
