Did you guys notice that when you tilt your head back, you can get much better vapor? I think it's b/c it opens up your throat- it's pretty ****ing cool, try it!

And would you guys/girls happen to know if vapor is more dictated by what e-cig you have or the e-liquid your using? Just wondering, I'm not all too sure! Right now I'm working w/ a Super E-Cig from Totally Wicked. Let me know!

Also- does anyone know if e-cigs will turn your teeth yellow like regular cigarettes? I'm just wondering. I figure since there's no tar + other chemicals then it won't but please, let me know if you've found any information.

When I quit reg. cigs I decided to bleach/clean my teeth b/c I had a few really bad strains but ALL is looking really well right now ;)

It takes a little bit of time and effort but no shame in wanting to have a nice smiel!

Just a little bit of baking soda + lemon juice mixed into a small paste, then you can rub each individual tooth with a q-tip to isolate and get rid of any bad stains and then you can dip your toothbrush into the paste and gently brush your teeth a few times to even out the shading on your teeth. Don't do this too often as it ruins the enamel on your teeth but just some tips! :)

If you notice, when you brush your teeth after awhile that yellow stuff you spit out from smoking isn't there anymore? I was thrilled to know that a few days ago!
I'm looking forward to this, it will be another area where I save money, I'm crazy about dental hygiene and have been buying stuff to try and whiten my teeth.

Hopefully I won't have to worry about it any more before too long!

Hahaha you guys make me laugh! Nice to know you're all as psyched about this as I am! LOl. Okay this what you do! :)

Get a cup, glass or plastic, doesn't matter.

Pour about 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda, I never measure I just guess-timate ;)

Then you get some lemon juice, preferably in the bottle, it's just easier to pour.

Your going to start dripping a few drops into the baking soda. It's going to start bubbling.

Begin to stir. You want enough lemon juice to make it into a paste, not a liquid. There will be be a little bit of lemon juice that settles on the top as it sits and your not stirring anymore, which is fine.

For me, I had one tooth that had really bad stains, it's b/c I don't smoke straight against my two front teeth but I smoke towards the right side of my mouth, so one tooth gets hit constantly with smoke.

I use q-tips b/c they're best to target a tooth per time.

Dab the q-tip in the paste and start to rub it against whichever tooth you prefer, or all teeth, one at a time. After a little bit your going to see the strains come off.

After a few teeth I rinse my mouth and continue, or spit out the excess.

(By the way don't swallow this stuff!)

I do this for whichever teeth are worst and then do each tooth to lighten each one's shade.

After I work on each tooth individually I then dip my tooth brush into the paste and really gently brush all of my teeth, I do this maybe 3-4 times.

You have to be really careful and gentle b/c the baking soda is pretty strong, esp on gums. In the morning, your gums closest to your teeth may look a little white (not dramatic, just a lighter then usual, just on the outer lining). If you get too aggressive with it the gums may tear slightly so be gentle.

You may bleed if your rubbing the outer parts of the teeth b/c your constantly hitting the gums inbetween that tooth and the next, this happens sometimes if you agitate the teeth and gums in any way but it's usually nothing dramatic, just subtle.

For HARDCORE cleaning, I sometimes use Rembrant 2 Hour Whitening. It's about 25-30 bucks. It's the safest that I've been told of.

For daily toothpaste I use Toms of Maine Natural Toothpaste, they also have it in a gel w/ whitening and it's completely natural so I believe it's good for sensitive teeth + gums and the whitening gel works REALLY WELL, I was often told how white my tooth looked after I started using it.

I hope that helps!! LOL :)

Also! Don't use the baking soda + lemon trick too often. I'd say no more then ONCE a month if your slowly working to whiten them or maybe even once every 2-3 months to upkeep b/c this solution is said to deteriorate enamel which you need to prevent cavities, etc. But again I'm a doctor (yet,, HAH) so you may want to google it on how safe it use in regards to how often.

I have the Nitewhite bleaching stuff from my dentist. I noticed I don't have to do it like I used to have to use it. I've used it once in 6 months compared to the old once a month when smoking.
Another huge savings there that people may not think about when looking at pv vs. analog cost as the kits for my teeth aren't cheap .

For whitening, I just went on ebay and found a "Million Dollar Smile" whitening kit for like $5.

Be careful with the lemon juice, guys- it WILL whiten your teeth, but coolcat's right- using it too often can actually wear the enamel right off the surface.

That being said- the tar in tobacco is what, I believe, discolors your teeth. I don't think e-juice will stain the teeth, since there's no tar. I might be wrong, though.

Ladysolitary- my teeth feel better too since I started vaping! Might just be the lack of awful flavor in my mouth, though, and the fact that actually being able to taste and smell again kinda influences me.
