They look like kr808d-1's from the looks of the bottoms. I'm hoping SteveSmith chimes in on here. I'm having surgery soon and would like to get some of these but need to know if I have to have an adapter.

I just got an original buzz with an 808 connection. Will these work with a regular 808 connection, or does it have to have the D in it?

These cartomizers will fit most 808 models. I know they won't work with 808d-2 but those are rare. The d-1, and I could have misunderstood, means disposable cartomizer model 1. Meaning it is meant to take a cartomizer rather than an atomizer and a cartridge. The d-2 has different threads.

These will fit all 808 connectors. Except the D2. Confirmed just now by our engineer.
