Try changing the orings to thicker ones to make the top cap fit better. Sometimes to orings are too small.

That did the trick. Of course, that meant that I had to sacrifice the o-rings from my full size Velocity clone though.

I have so many spares for mine, it didn't cross my mind that you may not have spares

every drip tip has different o ring sizes.I had to swap my o rings from another mouth piece, took several tries to find one that fit the adapter snug to fit my kayfun nano mouth piece adapter.some are thick,some are thin.

oh and these guys are great.get all mine from them,well almost all..

Excellent review from Sunday! I love that you have the video tutorial and step-by-step instructions together like you did in that review. I have never rebuilt a coil but I feel like I could build that one with ease!

like dental tape or just use plummers white thread tape.well guys do weird things.
