I personally think we do for these reasons....
Whilst the forum is great... I do not want to detract from how brilliant the forum has been for me as a support resource... it's been great.
However a structured site 'wiki' could grow with user contributions and be a reference for new and old GG users to reference issues, share tips and experiences.
An example of a wiki already used for such purpose would be...
https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/index.html
Look how structured it is... and the amazing thing is anyone can edit any of the pages on that site... in a few clicks.
I think this would be great for GG users as it would be the community builing, updating and ultimately contributing to a great source of documentation for the
device.... without having to read a "
thread" or "
threads" on a forum.
I would start a page... but I am not good at technical documentation... therefore...
I suggest if people could post here some "top level" categories that they would like to see... or even elaborate and show sub level categories.. I will start the pages so that the expierenced people can start to copy and paste info from posts on the forum or start new pages....
What I need is something like this
Top level
Cat 1
-Sub Cat1
-Sub Cat2
Cat 2
-Sub Cat1
-Sub Cat2
Car 3
-Sub Cat1
-Sub Cat2
I think this could be a great resource for GG users that no other e-cig that I know of currently has... we could have first class documentation!
