Does it say what the amount of 'electronic cigarette' is? What I'm wondering is if you normalized the amount of nicotine in mg between patches, gum, and ecigs, what would the charts look like? Did they use the equivalent of 4 mg of nicotine for the ecig? I will go to the reference and see what they say there...

ETA: looked. The electronic cigarette data was reported as ng/g, but I guess I'd have to go to the original paper to see 'per gram' of what.

Awesome charts! Nice work.

Mr. Godshall keeps popping up with effective data and solid arguments in support of ecigs. Turns out he is Executive Director for Smokefree Pennsylvania. He's doing a bang-up job.

I had to look it up. In case I'm not the only one, here's what Wiki says about those chemical abbreviations:
Nitrosamine: most are carcinogenic chemical compounds; used in the manufacture of some cosmetics, pesticides, most rubber products, latex; found in beer, fish, meat, cheese preserved with nitrite pickling salt, tobacco smoke

NAB - N-Nitrosoanabasine: ?
NNK - 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone: present in tobacco; potent procarcinogen
NAT - N-Nitrosoanatabine: ?
NNN - N-Nitrosonornicotine: found in tobacco; carcinogen; no adequate studies of human cancer, but sufficient evidence in experimental animals
Hanzo.
