24 mg 60/40 pg/vg

vaping for about 2 weeks. Wanting to DIY to get 24 mg in 60/40 base (either can be a little stronger)
Confused about the nic base.
What would be best?
Video's I have watched mention 4 ingredients ~ 1-Nic 2-PG 3-VG 4-Flavor....
The Nicotine is sold in PG-VG bases.
Thinking I should start with 36 mg Nicotine base in PG Full strength or start with 75/25 and add VG... That is where it gets confusing... Which to get
Either way I guess I would have to add more PG?

it is based on your prefrence of what you vape... and the ease at which you wish to mix.

VG is thicker.. so it makes mixing in other things a bit more work.

Just confusing not knowing which would be better.
1 - Is 48 mg Nicotine in 100 PG too much to deal with to get down to 24 mg or should 36 mg Nicotine be the max.
2 - Do most people deal with the Nicotine in 100% PG or VG or do most people use the nicotine mixed in a PG/VG base?

Thinking it would be easier to just use 48 mg Nicotine in 100% PG base then only need to add flavor & VG.
3 - Why do people mix with DW or Alcohol?
4 - Do I need to clean the tank itself frequently?
5 - Can I re-use 30 ml bottles to mix more vapor liquid or do they have to be new bottles for each mix?

1 & 2 - It's really up to you. I buy my nic in PG and just add vg/pg to get my final mix. Download "ejuicemeup" calculator.
3 - Some folks that use high vg use DW to thin it out so it wicks better.
4 - Not a bad Idea to clean every couple tanks
5 - You can reuse but some stronger flavor may hang around even after washing the bottles.
