As for the shipping question. Normally we get everything out in 24 - 48 hours (not including weekends) depending on how busy we are. So for instance if you ordered on a Saturday your package would be shipped on Tuesday at latest. There are some instances where it may take longer (out of a flavor or something similar) but we would always call and let the customer know what was going on.
