I received an email a little while back saying I had won a smok xcube II and tvf4 cloud kit and was told to wait upon instructions on how to claim but never received a following email please help

I know there has been a couple of big giveaways here recently, but haven't followed them so I can''t really give you a good answer. I would assume you would had to of entered the contest here though, I don't know, maybe someone else can be of more help.

I checked the list didn't see my name but I emailed their support maybe I'll receive and answer on what's going on

sometimes these contests have a certain TIME FRAME in which the winner MUST respond before or the prize is awarded to another. not sure if this is the case here you would have to read the fine printed rules of the contest to know for certain but that could possibly be what's happening here. It's possible that's why you didn't see your name printed as a winner. I'm not saying for CERTAIN that's the issue, just saying it could be possible. Sometimes those fine print rules will give stipulations such as that. I would ABSOLUTELY read over the contest rules and stipulations of the contest again to make certain you would still be eligible. Also it's good to know the regulations to protect yourself and ensure you receive your prize. hope this helps. best wishes.

Be reviewed the email yesterday so I hope they give you at least a few days to claim the prize otherwise that would really suck if you were on vacation or something lol
