26650 Batteries: Why Are There Only Off Brands?

I like homegrown batteries. So far so good.

I have a pair of the above Hohm Grown 26650's for my Geek vape Aegis 100W. I'd say I get about 25% longer vape time using them over a VTC6 or HG2 using the 18650 adapter. At 4000mah, they perform as expected over the 3000mah 18650s I was using before the 26650's arrived. They charge just fine in my Zanflare C4 charger and the charger's MAH numbers reflect their advertised ratings as compared to my18650s.
