Sorry for missing your reply here, my friend.
1. Anytime, anything with threads got stuck, use rubber gloves, not pliers. If you squeeze pliers too hard, you may bend the shape of that part you are holding.
2. the second option is to put your atomizer in freezer for few minuts and then unscrew it. metal is shrinking when exposed to cold, which helps threads to unscrew as well.
