I have two open orders 0ne placed on 9/29 and one placed on 9/30. They are still stuck in China? Why so long?
Hi Bineva,Uhm. I have 3 packages ordered more than 10 days ago (1 from HC) but nothing left China yet. It's not that so long, but it's not normal. They often leave after 3-5 days. I wonder what is happening there.

Custom quotation required per order as price depends on what product (product must be major brand named), quantity, packaging, and destination -- VERY expensive and complicated. Not viable for most customers.

According to USPS tracking my order has been stuck in SF since 10/5.
Bineva, what was the original shipping method? Do you have batteries and/or liquids in this package?I have changed method to EMS and pay an extra 5,7$ shipping fee. Hope it works. Good luck to all of you.
