Just cracked open Enchanted Beast. Enchanting indeed! A nice, light, honeydew (and something I can't identify--hint of mint?) that goes down too easily...

2 or 3 years ago there were just a handful of quality juice makers..everyone knew who they were..now it seems like a new blender or two pops up every week..hard to keep up but I'm always lookin'
