That would make some mysterious extra revisions we haven't heard about then...
Original w/2 filler holes
next revision with more filler holes "in case it was a vacuum problem"
next revision you have with the slits
Another revision coming that should be shipping today?

Sounds like they're shipping the experiments too.

I guess it depends on when you ordered and when it was shipped.

If you vape on it slower like a real cigarette is it about the same?

yes its even better, but im doing it like this to show you they work perfectly.
i figured vaping it straight with big tokes for 7 minutes should prove my point.

all i care about is the fact that I knew it would be possible to make these the best ever. With slits and the adjustments they are making then they will perform as shown with no issues.

YouTube - royal smokers 510 e2 carto at 3.7

I've been trying to follow this thread, but missed when you received these and what adjustments you made. So... can you explain what adjustments you made? Also (don't know if it makes a difference), I'm interested in the 808d-1 carto's.

ok, i just opened a pack of the blue ones and they are the older version with 7 holes and they are built like crap, they dont have the slits and are plain awful, the silver ones i have are the newer revision but not the newest. those pics are a few pages back.

here are the crappy e2 carto's

So...... They sent two different versions to you in the same shipment? I've just been using my 7 holers to drip. I've been emailing them asking for replacements.

badkolo,

Great vids... thanks!

What did you mean when you said you didn't know if you were "allowed" to explain how you modified the older version cartos? hmmm......?

Go ahead badkolo. Tell everyone what mods you made. Can't hurt to tell everyone how to "mod" the older carts to work.

What I'm worried about is that my CE2 cartos shipped yesterday for the M series, and as far as I'm aware, the batteries only come in 3.7V. If it doesn't perform at 3.7V then I'm pretty much screwed as far as I know, unless they made the M series ones higher resistance.

I'm pretty sure the factory M-series batteries aren't a true 3.7v. I don't have any equipment to test them but I have used 401 batts with 510 attys via adapter and I can't tell any difference between them and a standard 510 battery.
