Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Received a pack of CE2 m401 cartomizers from JJ Rodiguez yesterday and after prying the caps off to fill it (the refill tip included didn't fit LOL) I let it set for 20 min before using.

Testing on Intellicig evo batteries and joye eGo with adapter. These seem to work better on the evo(401) batteries than the ego batteries. Lower voltage?

With PG fluid these(older 7 hole) cartos work fairly well, VG not as well. You definitely need to let them rest between drags to avoid the dry taste and loss of flavor. If I drag on them the same way I used to smoke then they work very well, even the wife likes them better than my Boge cartomizers or my regular atties.

Very good vapor, if a bit on the warm side , nice flavor, and I am getting good throat hit @ 18mg but will probably need to cut down the nicotine since like others have said it seems to hit you quicker.

All in all I am pleased with these cartomizers even if they are a little fussy and await my 510 shipment with anticipation to be able to try the improved version.

Thanks to JJ for sending me a pack to try.
All the best, Happy vaping,
Wing.

Wing they do indeed work better at lower voltage, imo (although I thought the eGo *was* lower voltage(?). Keep in mind that the 401's that JJ and I got were apparently the first version (7-hole). I've re-ordered more 401's and am looking forward to trying the 3-hole version. Good point about using them the way you used to smoke... I think that's what they had in mind.

I don't have a voltmeter but here is my observation. My Evo atties produce less vapor on Evo batteries than they do on my eGo batteries by adapter.
I am also finding the vap "milder" on the Evo batteries than the eGo batteries as well.
Had the wife try both batteries and she prefers the Evo as well.
Some of the more technical members may be able shed some light on this as well.

All the best, Happy Vaping,
Wing.

the e2 cartos at 2.5 ohm are performing much better on batteries like ego, riva, hello then at 3.7 but still work at 3.7 but its get a little hot and the vapor is very warm but at lower volt they work well. i really want to try the higher ohms on both the riva, ego, hello setup and see how it performs at 3.7 with higher ohms.

quote: if you cant remove the inner plug then one of the holes in that inner plug should be able to fit the needle they provided you with, you insert the tube into one of the bigger holes on the side(not the center hole) and squeeze in 1 ml of juice maybe a tad less.

my previous Borge 510 cartomizers hold 1ml and are very easy to fill so why pay 3 times the price for these new cartomizers if one only puts 1ml in this supposedly 2.5 ml cartomizer? or am i misunderstanding you?

what are you talking about, if oyu buy a 1 pack of 30 the price for the xl is like 1.50 each.

buy more save more.

if you buy 2 packs of 30 xl carto e2, its 80 with shipping and that makes each one 1.35. i dont know how thats a bad price but to me thats a great price.

and the reason we are buying these cartomizers is because they have no filler, its a tank with a cup and a wick inside a coil. no burning

Perhaps you are thinking of the Joye eGo cartomizers(2.5ml)? I couldn't justify the cost of those either when they came out, but having tried a early version of the CE2 cartomizers and I really like them more than the Boge cartomizers I have. YMMV.

EDIT: you realized before I finished typing. :)

i made my mod, not the way i wanted too but it worked.

i made 2 slits which where easy to make with thin needle nosed scisors.
then i tried to add the wick but it was impossible to get it around the coil.
so then i just dropped one end of the wick into the tank area and left a little in the slit and into the coil area, and now it is always wet, i took 8 second long drags one after another and it doesnt get dry. i did this on the 7 hole one and mine came out slopppy, i fixed it a little so it doesnt flood and now its a steam engine .

so to me the wick was the issue the whole time, i dont have the newest revision so i cant tell how well they work, but with this extra wick it stays soaked until i need refilling and it doesnt dry out with long long drags. after a long session i opened it up and the coil area is soaked so thats a good sign, i made the slit i little to wide but it works, all that was needed was to just get a little more juice to the coil since it gets hotter this solved that issue.

i think if i was able to get it like i wanted in a cross position with one loop around the coil it would be perfect as well.

Hey nice work. I just had one of these apart myself. Did you try just feeding your other wick under the coil and down the other side? Just wondering...

yes that was the whole point but its so hard, there is no room to play there and its so deep that even with needle nosed curved scissors i couldnt get it like that, so i settled with what i did to see if the theory is correct, and it is, more juice to the coil and all issues even with tight coil are solved, when you vape you can feel if the coil is being wicked/wet and it wouldnt have enough juice before but now its always very wet and you can feel it as you vape that juice is there and in abundance.

so maybe the cross wicking like in my pic a few pages back would be perfect.

i might go to this sewing store and pick up a U shaped needle so i can attach the wick to it and use that to get it under and over the coil. thats next.

Im purposely trying to dry it out and i cant.im taking it to the point where its burning my lips badly and it still hasnt dried out (the bad taste). so so happy

Did you try pointed-tip tweezers? Mine looked small enough to do it. I might give it a try later today.

dude do it, this is what im using but i cant get it under on this second one, the wick starts to break up and its hard. but try it becuase this is simply amazing.

where the hell is nav when you need him.lol

banjo im not gonna say another word, do this mod, fix it up once your done so you get airflow, you only need one slit for my mod but to cross it yu need 2, either way try it and youll be shocked.

I'm already shocked. My Little Sister variable mod came today and I've been playing with it. I can dial this puppy down low enough to give me great taste while still getting plenty of vapor. No more harsh taste! :)

I don't know what voltage I'm running at but the difference is very noticeable. I'm VERY happy right now... :vapor::vapor::vapor:

I'll try to cut one of these later and see what I can do, though.

I wish I could tell you, but I don't have the eqiupment to test it. I'll e-mail the maker and try to find out, though. From my understanding it's a variable resistor. I just start with it in the "off" position and slowly turn it up as I draw on it. Right now I'm using it at basically it's lowest workable setting.

It might not be for everyone, but I really like the taste of these at lower voltage. It's a very smooth, flavorable vape.

Just did an interesting experiment with my WetBox:

I took apart one the CE2 510 cartos to see how well the WetBox was doing in feeding juice to the coil. At first I just removed the inner cap on a new, dry carto and tried to observe what happened when I pumped the juice bottle. Although the coil-wrapped wick blocked my line-of-sight somewhat, I could see juice entering the white cup. At first I didn't think it was pumping high enough to wet the wick, but taking a few test drags proved me wrong. After that little test I pushed the coil to the side so I could get a better look. A good solid pump on the bottle injects enough juice to wet the coil, while the remainder flows down to the bottom of the feeder cup.

Going further I took the white cup completely out, exposing a small feeder tube that appears to be built into the carto itself. While the needle on the WetBox didn't extend beyond the top of this feeder tube (that I could see), each pump on the bottle shot a few drops of juice up and over the tube, which then ran down into the bottom of the carto.

I already know these cartos work well on the WetBox, I just wanted to see why. It appears that any juice pumped in that doesn't directly hit the wick surrounded by the coil seeps down to the bottom of the carto where it's picked up by the rest of the wick. So far I haven't had any leakage issues but I'm still playing with it.

cant wait to try them on my wetbox. sounds good.

ok so i did my mod to another 7 hole e2, made one slit, added the wick and made sure i had airflow, filled it up and boom, just like the first on e i did today, nonstop wetness and it just goes and goes with no dry taste ever no matter how hard i try.
