LOL Vaping has helped me feel better and not get as winded. It is the first time in years that I actually want to do more to get healthier and in shape.

Same here but then I try to do stuff and end up in major hurt for a week or so. It makes me angry and I have to watch to not take it out on those around me. I am a Taurus ya know... head down, snort and full speed ahead

same here, at 18 i was 125. by the time i started OCS and enrolled at the Academy, i was up to 155. by the time i made O-2, i was 165. finished at a healthy 175 some years later.


now it's a fight to keep under 200. i try, but...pudding and bacon!

I couldn't take a deep breath, when I smoked, I would cough when I tried to do it. A couple of weeks after I quit smoking, I could breathe again.

We have an outdoor wood furnace and it doesn't take cord wood... big chunks more or less up to 24 inches around and it is not only outside but on a hillside so me just getting out there is a feat in itself LOL
