Apologies for the lack of response. We normally send items out the day they are ordered, or the day after. Just depends on the time of the order, as well as the quantity of orders we had for the day. I have never been told of anyone having login issues with the site. Occasionally people have problems actually getting to the site due to some weird routing issue with my web host. I have been checking in to getting a new one, so hopefully we'll make a switch soon. But the only problem I know of is the actual getting to the webpage, if anyone has ever experienced a login issue or anything of the sort, please let me know.
