same here, but alas my bike is not safe if I cant turn my head.
Go see a masseuse that does trigger point therapy. Trust me it works.
I have several friends that wanted to quit with me. One is using patches, one gum/lozenges, one a variety of approaches. All of them are still smoking some, and all of them ask me if I'll be bothered when they smoke around me. I just laugh. I've told them to count me out of the quit group. I just have way too much of an unfair advantage! And, I quit so fast, it's done, it's over, it's just not even a thing anymore. The saddest part is though that each of these friends are so invested in their quit methods that they decided to be anti-ecig and stick with their failing methods. But it certainly is no temptation to see them smoking when I have my bloog in hand, I even step outside with them.Once I got started using my Bloog I did not crave an analog, Even being around other smokers.
^Well, Bloog was my first (other than trying friends e-cigs at the bar) I can honestly say I haven't had one since I got my Bloog. Every now and then I think "I need a cig" then I remember I have the Bloog take a couple hits and I'm fine. I don't even feel like I quit. I kinda feel guilty when people congratulate me because I really didn't give anything up except the stuff I didn't like about cigarettes (smell, carcinogens, dirty ashtrays etc....)
You wild woman you, a whole drop!
I dunno, I was just thinking about vaping no flavor. Today is one of those, no flavor is right days. At least for those days no vapor would probably be as good if not better than anything else, and I wouldn't have to carry 12 different cartos when I leave the house!
