On a regulated mod like the sig100w, you're fine at .3 ohms. The chip can handle down to .15 ohms. I have a sig100w and I'm running a dual coil twisted Clapton build at .57 ohms at 72w/6.4v. Sounds like a lot but the coils have a decent ramp up time. It's all about what feels best for you vapor wise

im running my sigelei 100 watt at .3 ohms with a diablo II dual coil build, it can get kinda hot at times but i keep it right at 54 watts, 4 volts, you think this is a good idea? Lets see yours.

Depends on what battery you are using.

Like everyone has said, since you're using a regulated mod as long as it fires it you're safe. Make sure your coils aren't touching any posts or anything else and you're good, the only thing that changes is how long your batteries last. If you're gonna push it, use good batteries like Sony VTC4s, and make sure you build a coil that is big enough to handle high watts.

This is my build. Sigelei 150W on a Mutation Xv4. 24g, 3.5mm 7 wrap parallel coils. I use japanese cotton pads (Shiseido) and wick snugly. This is my daily vape at 140-150 watts. My batteries last me around 24 hours unless I'm sampling juices or having a bad day. Make sure to marry and charge your batteries together at the same time as well.

The Mutation Xv4 has ridiculous airflow. It makes this a very enjoyable vape for me that is mildly warm. If your coils are above .1 they'll be fine in the Sigelei. And if your RDA has big airflow and your coils are big (lots of wire) then you can push it to high watts with no problems.

Now I just got 1 question. When you say it gets hot, do you mean your RDA or your mod? My mod hasn't gotten warm unless I'm constantly pulsing trying to get a new coil build to burn evenly, but it's just warm to the touch. During normal operation, even at 150W, the mod itself never gets warm even though the RDA can get hot. I would make sure you double check your ohms with an ohm meter.
