Yes will be 3 years on Feb 7th!! And haven't had a anolog since Feb 9th!! I started with a truck stop e-cig.. It was not so good but, I knew I could use it as a substitute. the carts were weak, expensive and lasted only 3-4 hours at best. After a couple months I found eastmall and ordered a 801 and liquid..the rest is history! After 35 years of smoking cigarettes I was finally free.

I'm using a ego-t now but am looking at others, My wife is using a 801 now for 6 months. I like the ego-t but it does go thru the juice faster than the 801.
Since I've started vaping I have now helped 17 of my friends and family stop smoking by vaping instead!! The lates being my 64yr old Aunt who has been smoking for 50 years! I gave her a 801 on labor day of this year and she hasn't looked back!!
Welcome. Sounds like you're "old-school" in the purest sense. Heck, 3 years! : )
Wow, that's impressive! I've passed kits on to about 8 people...none of whom (that I'm aware of) are vaping exclusively....yet. Hopefully in time, it'll take off!

I've been a member here since May of 2009, Lurking around is what led me to find the 801 and liquids. It's been a god-send. I've not felt this good in 20+ years!

Thanks, 17 and still growing I hope! I travel a lot for work and just 2 weeks ago I came out of a bar and overheard a group of people discussing e-cigs..apparently they had just heard of them that day! I pulled out one of mine and gave a quick testimonial and hooked them up with a couple web-sites...Lots of people are more interested now since so many states have banned smoking inside public buildings.
When ever I make a order, I always order a extra kit just to pass on. I tell the folks that if they just do the e-cig for 1 week exclusively they'll probably not go back to tobacco. I think that most find that the juice tastes so much better than the tobacco that after a short time the analogs taste really nasty! lol

I remember when I started I knew of no one doing it and when i traveled I got alot of " hey! you can't smoke in here" lol until I showed them it was not a tobacco cig. The e-cig i was using looked just like a real cigarette with a red light. When I switched to a pen style I made sure to use a blue light. Saved me alot of explaining. lol
Here in Germany the majority of the people weren't even aware what an e-cigarette is 4 months ago. Then some "scientists" made the public aware, that this is a bad bad method, since you could get addicted because of the nicotine...
