306 atty info please

Ok i am wondering about the 306 atty and if this is something i should try out.
Could i get some info please like what the difference between them and reg 510 attys?
And what makes them better then reg 510 attys or are thay not better?

I'll be watching this one, I think I'm ready to give 306 a try. Looks like it's the new hot item, some companies are sold out.

Don't know if they're better. They have an exposed bridge/wick, unlike the 510.

I haven't ordered mine yet, guessing I'm only a day or so ahead of you in interest.
Gonna get some and drip tips to go with them, to find out first hand and will watch this thread.

I'm opting for the standard resistance 306's, for use with my eGo-type batteries.

they're an exposed bridge...510 threading... about 2.5Ω resistance on the standard ones... the carts suck but they're great for dripping and dipping... the cerapic pot is smaller so it doesn't hold flavors as long making changing flavors way easier..

to me they have a different taste to them too and a good deal of vapor...
bridgeless they add a good deal of warmth and TH too

the cisco LR 306 is my prefered LR atty too... they seem to last a good deal longer than others

A lot of people have small contact cases-the ones you use for storing and cleaning them-For dipping. Just pour some e-liquid in and dip away. When you are done shut the tops for use later.

well i got 306LR and 510 LR and the LR306 gets alot hotter, thus giving bigger hits for sure, but less flavor, the hotter your attys gets the less flavor, the 306 is also a juice hog due to this

the 510 dont get as hot has more flavor but a lil less of a hit, not a big diffrence in the hit size, plus with the LR306 getting so damn hot, the drip tip also gets real hot so you have to let it sit for like 1min or so for it too cool off and to get another nice hit.

so if you have to have a larger hit deff. go with the LR306, but if you want to chain vape and tons of flavor go wit the LR510

I was just reading up on these this morning, what a coincidence. Seems like the cisco ones are the rave and are getting hard to come by, not to mention they are the most expensive 306 out there. I'm thinking of trying Ikenvapes version of them out. Isaacs always had great attys, and i get them the day after I order. If I take the plunge, I'll let you know how they do.

I tried a standard 306 that I had laying around when I heard about them being used on 510 threading. They produce a much warmer vapor, not more though from my experience. The flavor was also different, not better or worse, just not the same as my 510 atty's or 510 LR's. I really didn't see any advantage to it so I quit using it. I also didn't care much for the warm vapor, just not my thing. The LR 306's would be even worse in that department so I'm not even considering them. I'll stick to what works for me.

they are fine to use on ego batteries, not recommended to use on anything less than 600 Mah

Many informed folks here on ECF disagree. It's not the battery itself, but the electronics which are stressed by the current draw.

I'm going to disagree with you on this one... as evidenced in a LOT of threads the LR atties (the 1.5Ω ones) are causing the premature death of eGo style batteries.....well anything that's mosfet driven so the 510/eGo/riva/hello 16/ and their ilk...

and yes I use both the standard resistance and the LR ones... have both bridged and debridged versions of both...
I think they give better flavor...
but yes they are a warmer vapor...even more so with the bridge pulled..
