siouxsie,

Drozd is doing it the same exact way I am and have told you to try it, looks like he is using a bit bigger of the 306 piece then I am but still the same darn thing, it works great and you can use any size 510 tube you want, reg,XL, or even one from a CE2 carto, and or zip it off at any size you want, and you can use a drip tip of a stock soft tip, this is quite easy to do, Good pics Drozd

Okay here's the deal...yes his way is the same as yours except he's using a 306 cartridge I think instead of a drip tip, minor detail. I just put too much glue on it and didn't lubricate it so my first attempt was mucked up. I understand exactly how to do it either way, I'm just going to wait for the extended tips and use the eGo-510 battery adapter in the meantime. It's not that I don't get it I just thought you might enjoy my story of ineptness and I don't have a dremel not to mention I still have superglue on my fingers.

It's all good if I wanna do it believe me it is firmly ingrained in my brain now due to my super tutors who are not responsible for my poor execution. :)

lol well yeah (and I use the longer piece so there's no lip on the inside between the DT and cartridge thats all) I'm doing that...though I find removing the innards considerably more work than just turning delrin or acrylic work on a lathe....

actually I'm working now on just casting them out of acrylic in a mold...which is a damn even easier way...

Hey sign me up for some if you do and end up wanting to sell some, longer drip tips that is, longer than 1.6"...1.8-1.9" would be ideal. Would love translucent ones especially.
