That's pretty standard, and all that legal mumbo-jumbo comes from the app that they are using...

I didn't know that and the part that said "Prize winner must be available for promotional display and presentation" made me nervous. Camera & publicity shy.

haha Thanks tmcase. By Promotional display and presentation it just means that we will announce the winner on our: FB, Twitter, and webpage. The winner can always send us a pic of themselves with the grand prize if they would like us to post it.
