Honestly, I've never heard of 35 mm dual-coil cartomizers. Sure Vapes carries pre-punched single-coil 35 mm cartomizers though.

I can find 35mm dual coil cartos, but they either have a flange: Nitro Series

or need to be punched: Stainless Dual Coil 510 Standard Cartomizer, 1.5 Ohms -

Define "best." Some people prefer Boge, some people Smoktech, some people Ikenvape. You really have to try them to see what suits your style.

I'm currently using a Diver V2 rebuildable in my IBTanked, but before that I used Smoktech, because I prefer flanged cartos. I also like IKV Platinum cartos, although they don't have a flange. I only use single coil cartos.
