36mg/ml VG and some good sites?

I've found RY4 flavoring but I am still looking for Cuban Cigar (I got it from ruyan direct, is it the same as "cigar" flavor that I see at just flavor sites)?

I have found 36mg PG but I really like VG more (the more visible vapor is a big plus for me and I like the flavor more). Is there a reason VG can't be as high a nicotine content? I really doubt there would be.

Anyone have some links they can throw my way? I need some
cheap equipment, ry4 and cigar flavoring and preferably 36mg VG from the same site if possible. Don't wanna get chipped away by shipping costs.
