3rd Build just a little confused.

Sup people!

So, I'm on my third build I tried shooting for a lower ohm by doing less wraps but seem to be at a higher level than what my calculator is telling me... Did 4.5 wraps? I think... and it's reading 0.597 ohms when I should be close to 0.488?? Inner diameter is 3.5mm 24g kanthal...

Few questions:
What can be the issue?
Is it close enough and safe?
Is it even 4.5 wraps?

4.5 wraps of 24 g kanthal a 3.5 ID would be .559 with 15mm legs, so your spot on.
3.5 wraps is about .459

All depends on how long you're making your legs LOL and yes, at 5mm and 4.5 wraps, it would .488.
