Afternoon Halons, Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Night Indy race finale last night. Will Power from Austrailia finally won the championship after being second the last three years.

And today I have 4 racks of baby backs to slo grill. I seasoned them up last night. (you hafta rub your meat) On the grill I spray them with apple cider vinegar with a little worchesterchestershire.

Then a sweet garlic tomato vinegar sauce at the last 10 minutes. Along with the wifes killer slaw and corn on the cob, a nice feast.

has marcus ambrose hit the radar over there yet? i think marcus left austrlia for the usa before will, but i don't think he been as successful.
last i heard a few years ago, he was racing pickups on ovals. marcus was very successful in australia, but racing in au is very small, he would be
earning 10 times more in usa than in au.

Marcus is racing in NASCAR. Came in 2nd last week. He is 18th in the points. He has won a few races.
