I know tons of people have done these before, but it is my first mod so I felt obliged to plaster it to the interwebs.
As you can see, it uses 4xAAA rechargeable 1.2v NiMh batteries (a la Puck) with two LEDs, one for powered on and the other for while puffing.
Its a little rough but it works very well, satisfying vapor and all that.
I left the connections bare and the battery box unsecured in case it didn't perform or I changed my mind about where I wanted to use the parts. When closed the 4xAAA box cover is on with a folded cloth wedged between it and the Altoids box lid. This keeps everything stable more or less.
I like the RCA/510 connector idea, but for this it is way too long. Oh well.
