I have noticed that when a new product hasn't been "officially" announced here or by email, the new product shows up as "out of stock". And then when the product is announced they are available to buy. From what I have seen, the new cones havn't been announced, only the new VV ego..hope this helps

the bases are the new updated ones like in the regualr and micro stretch, the led is all new with special posts that cant rust and the ohms are much lower and of course the tubes are the super tubes that dont break
i'm a little confused I guess, the vision giant I got seems to have the same tube and base as the vision regular that I've had for a few weeks now. all the pictures look the same on the site. I don't need an LED or anything, so you are saying the visions without LED are different now too?
rob if you received a giant with new base and not the older base, make sure by looking at the pictures in the led link, if so then that is most likely because your on my forum list when i do orders and i hooked you up early. a few forum people got the new mini in new base

If i didn't observe wrongly, the new bases are those with diamond lines on the sides, and the old bases are those with vertical lines. Vertical lines are more prone to leakage.
