They worked great for a little bit but then both of them started to stick and stay on.. is their something i am missing? I dont have the money to send the batts back to ruyan so im pretty dissapointed.. i didnt expect both to go bad.

They still work but sometimes they will stay on after im done dragging until the cut off, and normally when this happens i have to cover the hole in the atomiser or blow on the end of the batt to get it working again.

Sounds like you got some e-juice in the batteries, blow in and out of the end with treads a few times - being careful not to get any saliva in there then blow in the led end and finally set the battery led end up on papertowels overnight. This might do the trick, I have had the same problem with batteries from a few different vendors, Ruyan included, and the next am the batteries worked fine. After sitting overnight the small piece of papertowel I used was saturated and I was amazed at how much liquid had actually gotten in there! I don't really advocate dropping or banging on electronic equipment but some people have had good luck with tapping the battery's thread end against a flat surface. I really hate you're having bad luck with your first e-cig, and they really do have a different set of "learned" behaviors than analogs. Just like not burning yourself with an analog these behaviors will become second nature, but for a while you do have to remind yourself that you're dealing with a liquid that WILL flow downhill into the atomizer and battery.

Good Luck - Don't worry, you'll get used to it.
