440mah Magnum Battery

How can I tell apart:
Kr808D-1 Manual Mega Battery Xlong 380 Mah $18
and
440mah replacement battery for the Magnum Kit. $24 ?

They look identical.
This is sort of a paranoid question but how do I know which one I'm getting - other than slightly longer charge life?

For that matter how do you know that the 440 (or 380) is a legit number for the mAh?

IF they infact are exact form factor you're gonna be in the same boat I'm in with multiflavored cartomizers. Hard to tell the difference unless you get an assortment of colors. If you get a different color that would help keep them straight in your kit. Otherwise you'll have to join my search for something to mark them with that wont rub off or burn off (i want to mark my cartomizers).
