One of the questions we get alot is how do we provide a 1 year warranty. So I thought I'd answer it here, Joye provides us with a 6 month warranty. Everything that we receive back from the customer that dies within that period is sent back to Joye, everything that we receive after, we asorbe the costs. Thats it!
