In case you didnt read the Pa. law it also states that you can be fined for carrying in using mods or ejuice not purchased in the state by a licensed vendor.

It took twice as long to get home today. A crane used for building the new Tappan Zee Bridge fell onto the current bridge, closing it for about 6 hours. There are only a few ways to cross the Hudson, and the Tapp is a major one. I work near the next bridge to the north, and traffic was crazy. Work was nuts, with new machinery coming in and old stuff going out. On top of this, a surprise visit from my 2 sisters in law.
