5-10 spring pin connection

My question is does anyone know or have any ideas or suggestions on how to polish or clean the 5-10 spring pin connection on a evic vtcmini mini or any boxmod really?

Would not recommend polishing it, but you could clean it with a q-tip and alcohol. Make sure all the alcohol evaporates before using it though.

I like to Clean the 510 Pin/Threads using Rubbing Alcohol and a Q-Tip that is Smashed Flat with a Hammer.

Then to Shine it up, I use a 1/4 Red Cratex Rod...

... being careful not to Rub on the Threads. Just on the 510 Pin.

A small pencil eraser is also quite good for taking the gunk off 510 pins as well. Won't damage threading either.

Q-Tip with a little 90%+ alcohol will do the job.
