5 days and i am really happy vaping and 2 weeks before that i was using e-lites and 7 years before i was smoking normal cigarette, i am vaping gold and white e liquid which i am happy with so far but cut the story short i was looking for a new flavour and i found this site in here(coolvape.co.uk) but this what they are saying at the bottom of the home page:

(Electronic cigarettes are not smoking cessation products and have not been tested or guaranteed as such. Our e-liquid has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration nor is it intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition.)

now is that anything to worry about?

Legalese. Don't let it bother you.

Like Merrick92 said, this is just a site that actually has a lawyer advising them and made them put that disclaimer on there. It really doesn't mean anything, and, is in fact, the truth. eCigs, to my knowledge, have never been formally researched by any government agency such as the department of Health and Human Services and approved as a smoking cessation tool (I think big Tobacco is keeping that from happening). And, the FDA does not evaluate any e-liquids out there. In this case, the supplier you are looking at is taking steps to protect themselves from a frivolous lawsuit because there may be some fool who thinks they would never EVER want a cigarette again (or smoke one) after buying an e-Cig from them.

As a former smoker, you should be able to appreciate this one. Did you ever read the warning label that comes on cigarette lighters? One of the warnings is "do not ignite near face" (or something like that). Well, it is kind of hard to light a cigarette without igniting the lighter near your face. They put that warning on there in the 1 in a billion chance the lighter is defective and it explodes while it is near your face. They hope that would absolve them of all responsibility.

From where can i buy Halo juice in the UK?

They have international shipping, but I'm sure there are local authorized retailers who also carry their products. Try posting in the Halo forum. Halo

Someone should know where to get it in the UK. This is why I like Halo- other than consistency and taste-

The Importance of American Made Smoke Juice
Halo e-liquid represents the evolution of its many e-liquid predecessors. For the first time, electronic cigarette users can rest assured they are receiving a quality made American product, that holds the safety of its customers paramount. The electronic cigarette industry is flooded with inferior made e-juice from overseas. These companies care little about the safety of their customers. E-liquid produced overseas often carries a smaller price tag, but it comes at quite a cost. It is notorious for being manufactured using inferior grades of Nicotine, Glycerin and Propylene Glycol. These low-grade ingredients pose an increasing and unnecessary risk to electronic cigarette users throughout the world. Halo is turning the tide by offering smoke juice that uses only Pharmaceutical and United States Pharmacopeia (USP) grade ingredients. The USP is an official public standards–setting authority for all prescription and over–the–counter medicines and other health care products manufactured or sold in the United States. USP also sets widely recognized standards for dietary supplements and food ingredients. USP sets standards for the purity, strength, quality, and consistency of these products – critical to the public health. USP's standards are used and recognized in more than 130 countries around the globe. These standards have helped to ensure public health throughout the world for close to 200 years.

Halo has a certificate of analysis for all ingredients that go into our e-liquid and electronic cigarette cartomizers. All formula ingredients are FDA and FEMA approved, although as you are probably aware, there are no FDA approved e-liquids. Our flavorings are provided by a world class FEMA GRAS facility. A FEMA GRAS designation means that the substance receiving this classification has been tested using certain standards, and has been deemed safe for use by people. Only Halo American Made Premium Smoke Juice is used in all of our electronic cigarette products.

I wouldn't vape made in China juice, but the site you provided shows they sell Johnson Creek, which is a high quality, reputable product. I now prefer Halo juice, which has as strict a manufacturing process, if not more, than Johnson Creek.

Where was vaping invented?? Where do all the cartomizers and atomizers come from that comes in contact with eliquid?? 90% of all eliquid consumed in the US is from China. One might want to avoid US eliquid unless you have it tested.

Given China's history of lead content in toys, formaldehyde in clothing and tainted pet food, I'd rather not use e-liquid from China. There is so little regulation in certain aspects of manufacturing in China, I just don't trust it. Batteries and parts are one thing, liquid another altogether.

Given the US's history of tainted food processing that has caused thousands of illness and near a hundred deaths, just in the last 10 years, your warning to others is not logical. Or are you equating animal deaths (China) as being the same as human deaths (United States)? Instead, it smacks of nothing more than prejudice. Unless I missed where you also warned against using US eliquid.

Prejudice against things being made in countries with little to no regulation, and no free press to report on it? Yes.
Halo's lab and ingredients are regulated and certified. There is a reason why so many e-liquids are being advertised as being made in the USA. I also prefer to buy American-made goods whenever possible.

Actually this is the correct designation for vaping. If ecigs were advertised to be a smoking cessation product they would immediately be deemed a medicinal product and the FDA would immediately ban it because then it falls under their jurisdiction to regulate. Ecigs are a Tobacco Harm Reduction (THR) and not a Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) per say.

People have successfully quit smoking using ecigs, but they're also being used by people who only wish to reduce the number of cigarettes they smoke. As such, there is no medical claims as to the purpose of the product.

I look at it this way. I loved smoking. I knew I needed to quit for my health but I didn't. I enjoyed it too much. I was introduced to vaping and haven't looked back. It may not be "healthy" but I can be 100% certain that it is better for me than smoking ever was. No tar, no carbon monoxide, etc. I can't see a real downside to it at this point to be honest. Obviously that is my personal opinion and experience. It may be different from other peoples points of view. You just have to make that decision for yourself in the end. Anything that keeps you off the analogs can't be all bad though, right!?!
