I got my Cig2O on Sunday evening and started using it right away. Had a pack of analogs left, decided to smoke them here & there. Ran out Wednesday and am having no issues just vaping. I must say, I am impressed. I though I might go through some of the psychological withdraw symptoms but none yet. I am coughing a lot though, as I usually do when I try to quit smoking.

I do have a goal with ecigs, and that is to eventually drop nicotine completely. Whether or not that works, well, only time will tell. I'm hoping if I continue to drop my nicotine levels down that I can break the physical addiction first, then work on the psych aspect while vaping nic-free juice.

So, that's the plan. So far I honestly feel just fine. No jitters, no angry mood swings... my husband is pleased lol ;)

Looking forward to getting my Pink Spot vapors soon too.

Happy vaping!

I'm at 8 days myself, and it's been surprisingly easy. I had a friend of mine in my car earlier and she was smoking Camel Filters, and they are already back to smelling like they did when I was in High School, kind of gross and extremely overpowering. She thought it would make me want to smoke, I kept vaping my Truth Serum and chuckled to myself.

Forgot to mention, awesome job, keep up the good work!

Yeah way to go!

Bit over a month for me and zero urge to analogs.
Fun to go to my usual stores where I would buy smokes and walk out and say hay, I didn't buy smokes.
Also those TV commercials regarding drugs to quit... then they spew all the side effects... who would take that?
Then the other anti smoking commercials.... no more guilt here!
I did a test and stealth vaped right in front (well in back) of my smoker hater friends and they never even knew.

Vape on

Congrats! It sounds as though you are doing great. I, too, have the goal of eventually becoming nicotine free. There is a thread in the general forum called switching where people talk about ticking down nic levels. Happy vaping to you. :vapor:

Thanks a ton everyone =) And congrats to everyone else who's smoke free, that's awesome.

I'm a nurse. I can't smoke at work and I feel like a hypocrite when I have to talk to patients about quitting. So, the PV for me is a good switch and *hopefully* will be a way to wean down off the nicotine completely.

@Leilanie - Thanks, I'll have to give that a try! I like blueberry. I am looking forward to trying the new vapes but I am wondering if I will like flavors. Might sound strange, but I'm so used to just menthol. Might feel weird inhaling something... fruity haha!

@dslw - awesome, thanks for the tip! I will have to check out that forum for sure.

Really digging this site, it's a great resource and everyone seems pretty friendly & helpful. That rocks!
