When you get large enough for Enterprise software and SAP's ERP, SCM & CRM, as well as process audit, please look me up. ;) I'll be looking to do something outside, but related to, the food manufacturing industry in a few years!

If we ever need SAP, I will need a straight-jacket and a beer, first.

At one of the B&M's I used to frequent they charge $11 for 10ml of their DIY house juice (which is terrible), and $15 for 15ml of premium juices (not 5P or Bunny either..). Honestly $10 for 15ml of mind bending amazing NT is a STEAL. Get it while you can folks cause Clark and his industry peers are only going to face more and more cost to continue providing e-liquid.

I get not being able to afford it and most of us normal folks live in the real world with tight budgets. I like to think that nobody in the family looks down or up at anyone else. But I would be willing to bet that Clark had to eat a poop sandwich from his investors for "leaving money on the table" and not charging what the market would bear. Because trust me it would bear more than he's charging and he IS leaving money on the table.

I've never met Clark in person, but I have read enough of his posts and watched how he runs his business enough to know that he holds the people who love his juice in high regard and considers mission #1 to help folks stop killing themselves with cigarettes.

Just my two cents. And as a Strawnilla fan please allow me to say thanks for giving me an extra 10ml for the same price Clark!

I really am leaving money on the table. The 11.99/15ml base price structure is a real consideration in the B&M environment. 10.99 is still undercutting what I consider to be well crafted liquid. 9.99 is aggressive. It's funny, because the powers that be think I am "selling myself short" - and that "the liquid is better than some vendors who are charging 20% more." ...to which I reply... this is not your typical company. This is a company with an moral and ethical mission - we can't help the people who need the help the most if we price them out. I need to balance the financial needs of the business, against the demands and expectations of the retailers - all while putting the MOST IMPORTANT consideration first - YOU. Because we put you first, we chose $9.99 instead of $10.99/$11.99 base price structures.

Basically I have enough substandard juice hoarded for those times I need to stretch out my NT juices (I mix them as they are not vapable on their own) and I have some that are very yummy (5P, AiV, VV) that are excellent on their own but too much to hit all the time or even the 3mls for a tank so I drip those. There are some good boutique juices I have a bit of but those too are too much so get dripped. The smaller juice makers I doubt will make the FDA cuts. The big guns mentioned above may but I haven't kept up with them so don't know (AiV in particular as they are just as caring with their customers so I hope they are making the needed preparations.)

As everyone on this sub knows I LOVE GCD and if I had to only have one juice that would be it. I cling to it like I did my favorite brand of smokes. The others are just for fun. I think Clark's company and all the minions are family to all of us. That being said change happens, it's an inevitable part of life. Personally I hate it because I'm always searching to control my life (MS makes this dream an impossibility...and really, control is an illusion in every part of anyone's life...) and with this increasingly volitle business environment for vaping getting all their ducks in a row before they are required and then scrambling to catch up is very responsible to our needs in my book. Thank you dear Clark for looking ahead enough to keep us off smokes.

Do I love the price increase? No. Do I understand it? Absolutely. We are looking forward to new bottles and labels and figuring out how we'll deal with those changes. Clark is looking four years out and getting ready to fight for us. His company is fighting to keep us and many future family members from ever smoking again.

This puts everything in perspective and makes me accept the changes as I love them for fighting for us! Thank you Clark for fighting and stressing and worrying about us so much that you put everything on the line to make sure my GCD can still flow freely!

I really am doing my best... believe me, it's not easy making difficult choices. This transition has come at significant loss of sleep, stress, planning, and no small amount of hard work... but I truly believe it's in the best interest of every stakeholder. I feel good about the choice - I have every confidence we'll look back to now in 12 months and see that we made some mistakes - but the general direction we are headed puts us in the best possible position to continue to serve the wider vaping community, even into the post-regulatory environment. That's huge. That's the difference between pimping liquid at an un-sustainable price and minimal investment VS. planning for the changes that will inevitably shape the future of the eLiquid industry. It's the choice between being a flash in the pan vs. building a sustainable business model...

And hopefully a positive model that will stop the tide of "vaping will kill us ALLLLLLL" crap being pumped out by BT and BP and ignorant parents! *HUGE hugs to Clark* I know you are doing your best and I know you will be lucky if you can get that red light running of a car to last long enough till you can afford a new one. And I hope you have enough money left to send Abi to a nice college and still get a vacation for you and Katy once in a while.

I've owned a small business. It sucks in so many ways but grateful, happy customers made it all worth it. I am grateful, very, very grateful and very, very happy! I trust you. I know you will make choices that benefit us first and thus your business and you personally second. I know all the blood sweat and tears you guys must be having. I respect those trials you are going through and know the price increase cuts you deep when someone can't afford to stick with you so you have to wish them well but still you worry, you worry about all of us, you are personally invested in our smobriety and bless you sir, bless you for taking such good care of us!

When I first saw the price increase I was pretty disappointed but after sitting down and crunching some numbers I figured out I'm still paying a decent price for very good juice. Seeing that huge price increase in the 60ml bottles stunned me at first, but I've recovered and am now working my way through the field of acceptance. I also figured out how many ml's per week I'm vaping and compared the cost of that to what I was paying for smokes and I'm still saving. Not as much as I'd like but that's my fault, I vape a lot. I vape a lot more than I ever smoked. I'm one of those people who can't really complain because it's my habit that's costing me, not NT.

Hey Kent, when the time comes to stop online sales directly to the consumer...Im going to need you to have a retailer set up within the state of Washington. Preferably in my living room :). Really though, your juices have helped tremendously in the cessation of analogs for both my fiance and me. That being said, I dont know what I would do if they were only available in B&M's outside of this state. I know there are many juice manufacturers that will maintain sales online, provided the FDA allows it, but NT truly is a different model of business, one I have only heard of in the past from my elders. For that I thank you tremendously. I hope this decision is one that makes you and yours happy and hope it leads to booming success (in Washington state). ;) Until the time comes we can no longer be one, my fiance and I will continue to be loyal customers.

That's the only thing that has me very concerned is that no B&M's near will carry NT. The one closest to me is a no go I am sure they only carry their in house juices and that's it. And their juice is hit or miss I only know one guy in there who mixes worth a dang and the quality of their product depends on who is working that day. I looked around the Houston area and found two B&M's that carry "big name" juices and it's mostly Suicide Bunny. :(

Having said that thought the way our welding business is going if I have to find a new occupation I know what I will be looking into and my first supplier would be NT. :)

The increase in the size of the bottle really is offputting - it's about 10+ more ml of liquid though, so - yea, I get it.

People always ask me how much I vape and I have to kinda shrug - how do I measure it when I have a dozen different devices going all the time? LMAO

Thank you for the kind words MD. I like to think we are more like the neighborhood corner grocery than Wal-Mart - I'll do what I can to ensure that never changes brother!~

Evil plot I tell you...

Truthfully, I am not sure I knew I was running a sale when I woke up this morning. Nimble is the keyword of the day!!

Scratch,,can I call you that? I had to sit down and crunch the numbers...at my local b&m I purchase 5 bottles of liquids. 15 mil bottles at 11.99 a piece. That's 59.99 plus the .675% that the state charges in taxes it comes to $60.39. Now only 3 of these are got to have them juices. I can go online to NT and order 5, 15 mil bottles with an extra .5 mil in them for $9.99 and pay say $3.00 in shipping so that's 52.95 total. I think I'm getting a pretty good deal. I KNOW the liquids I buy from the b&m are good, they are national sellers and I know NT is good because I've had them.
Kent, I'm so sorry for saying you out priced NT for me because you really didn't! You're saving me money and that's a great deal anyway you look at it! :)

Call me Scatch - just don't call me late to the NT party. ;)
