510 Battery Extension madvapes sells a ton of adapters..the one I linked is an extension if that's too long they sell a shorter one (looks like the shorty 510 extension is out of stock at the moment though)...

If you have the time and know how you could make your own from an old carto and a battery connector (I buy mine from Good Prophets). Just cut the carto, run a wire from center to center and push the connector in. I started doing this after getting frustrated with trying to find just the right length for my various mods. But I agree with the selection at MV. They have almost any you could need.
