empiremods, gotvapes, madvapes all sell adapters. you'll want a KR808D to Ego for the most options. if you get one to go to 510 it will likely lack the cone threads on an ego battery and that will at least eliminate the ability to use Stardust clearomizers. Choose wisely. Really look at the pics to make sure you know what you're getting. You're not likely to find anyone who will ship such a small order for free. Just order some other things you need to make it worth your while. Whichever you choose just know the difference and the effects of that choice.
Gotvapes has an 808 to 510, no cone threads.
Empiremods always has everything and their prices are pretty good, about the same as madvapes. I don't even have to look.

I bought this exact adapter from madvapes and the same side fits on the battery and the carto but the other side fits on neither one
I need some help! new to this entire thing. I bought a "storm vape" ego-t from e-healthcigaretts, thinking i was getting a standard type ego. well the threads are totally wrong to fit CE5 tankomizers.....i really wanted to use standard 510 cartomizers and the ce5. this ego has male threads for the atomizer as well as another set of threads above it, only used for the charger....
the battery works really well. holds a charge well over 24 hours. its 3.7 volts, so i think its basically a standard ego type, all but this funky thread. I think the thread looks like an 808... anyway i need some help to find an adapter that may work.

I use the ce4 and ce2 tanks on an echo that's 808 threaded. You have to stack adapters. I use an 808 to 510 and a 510 to ego adapter. Goodprophets carries both. They work however the draw is kind of airy. Take a look maybe it'll work for you.
Looking at the picture it seem like it should work. One side should be 808D female for the battery and the other should be 510 female for the carto. It's got the eGo threads on the outside, which should fit stardusts, etc.
510 threading is a bit smaller than 808. From the pictures I believe the 808 side of the adapter should be the one with the crenelations
That does look like 808 threading. If you don't want to use adapters I bet the SmokelessImage clearos would work on it

I haven't personally used one but from watching MrOutlaws video where he put one on a regular Volt it's clear that they are 808 threaded with just an eGo "skirt"
I bough it because it looks like it should work but it does not :/ my 808 broke anyway but my switchback is on the way!
