My wife's first 510 was a knock off and the atomizer leaked constantly.She would pick it up to take a drag and there would be a puddle on the table.I thought she was overfilling it but then I did a fresh cart and it still did it.We passed her two atomizers to my brother lol.

I have a real 510 and it leaks horribly when laid on its side...
Wasn't a deal-breaker because it used to perform VERY well... and got me off cigarettes for GOOD!
